I heard of him for many years as I lived in downtown Toronto since 1993 and passed his Remax Condos office many times looking at their listings. I decided to sell my condo and immediately contacted Imran to be my representative. After visiting the unit he recommended a plan for sale, including recommending a contractor, a mover and cleaner - each of which were extremely professional and respectful. I utilized each and they were very reasonably priced, just as Imran promised.

I never met Imran in person. He is one of the few agent who would talk to us how to find a rental in the hot Toronto market. He didn't just find one, he spent a lot of time checking the market, trying our offer, FaceTime showing, follow up after signing. We were not buying a million dollars house, we just rent a two bedroom apartment.
