I have known Imran for years in my time helping him out as an IT-related contractor - where we also enjoyed a number of lunch meetings together. Throughout this time, I've learned that he possesses a perspective on things that helps him keep his integrity and generosity - even while going through challenging circumstances on his job.
So when me and my wife had to find a one-bedroom condo to rent, I knew who to ask. He got a lot of the paperwork off our back, so we can focus more on selecting the listings that we want. Once we found a place, his knowledge and experience with our new building also ensured that we would get all the bases covered for us to get settled there.
As a result, it was a very smooth experience that I'd have a hard time imagining if I had to do this myself.

He evaluated the space and came up with a monthly figure based on his knowledge of the market. The place was listed and in a very short time it had been rented. I heard of him for many years as I lived in downtown Toronto since 1993 and passed his Remax Condos office many times looking at their listings. I decided to sell my condo and immediately contacted Imran to be my representative. After visiting the unit he recommended a plan for sale, including recommending a contractor, a mover and cleaner - each of which were extremely professional and respectful. I utilized each and they were very reasonably priced, just as Imran promised.
