I have known Imran for years in my time helping him out as an IT-related contractor - where we also enjoyed a number of lunch meetings together. Throughout this time, I've learned that he possesses a perspective on things that helps him keep his integrity and generosity - even while going through challenging circumstances on his job.

So when me and my wife had to find a one-bedroom condo to rent, I knew who to ask. He got a lot of the paperwork off our back, so we can focus more on selecting the listings that we want. Once we found a place, his knowledge and experience with our new building also ensured that we would get all the bases covered for us to get settled there.

As a result, it was a very smooth experience that I'd have a hard time imagining if I had to do this myself.

It is with sincerity that I leave this positive feedback for Imran Khan. I heard of him for many years as I lived in downtown Toronto since 1993 and passed his Remax Condos office many times looking at their listings. I decided to sell my condo and immediately contacted Imran to be my representative. After visiting the unit he recommended a plan for sale, including recommending a contractor, a mover and cleaner - each of which were extremely professional and respectful. I utilized each and they were very reasonably priced, just as Imran promised.
I propose anyone that is wanting to sell their unit to contact Imran - he made life so easy with the electronic signing of all documents, being responsive when I had questions, his incredible industry experience and offering advice that can only come from a very seasoned pro. Also his lawyer recommendation was fantastic for the closing - again very reasonably priced, extremely responsive, ultra professional and walked me through the entire process via zoom calls and electronic signing of documents. I never met Imran in person. He is one of the few agent who would talk to us how to find a rental in the hot Toronto market. He didn't just find one, he spent a lot of time checking the market, trying our offer, FaceTime showing, follow up after signing.
